ABOUTTRENT ADAMS serves as the Executive Director of The Missouri Symphony. He is also an adjunct voice professor at the University of Missouri School of Music. Trent previously was an Assistant Professor of Music & Musical Theatre at Stephens College. He serves on the boards of the Quorus (Columbia’s LGBTQIA+ community choir) and Landlocked Opera (Columbia’s professional opera company), is a co-chair of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce small business committee, is a Columbia Certified Tourism Ambassador, and is a member of the Columbia ACA Business Club. Trent enjoys collecting bow ties and fun socks, singing karaoke, reading, running, and spending time with his husband, David, and three kids.
