Becoming a Sponsor/Vendor

Hosting an event for approximately 10,000 attendees is a significant financial undertaking. It is the generous contributions from individuals and businesses within our community that make this possible.

Street Fair is from 12pm to 6pm on both Saturday and Sunday, you MUST set-up and tear-down both days. NOTHING can be left on the street.

*ALL booth spaces are required to attend BOTH days unless specified as a religious or community organization that holds regularly scheduled services or meetings on Saturday or Sunday. Please email janet.davis@midmopride.org before making your donation.

*The purchase of two booth spaces is NOT permitted, and is reserved for Corporate, Sparkle, and Rainbow level sponsors.

*By completing your sponsorship purchase you agree to be present at the setup time slot given, remain open throughout the event, have a person present in your booth at all times, and set up/tear down in a timely manner and follow all city ordinances.

ALL tents MUST be weighted down per city ordinance.

ALL tents MUST maintain the 6 feet of distance on either end of their grouping at all times per city ordinance.

ALL VENDORS please remain within your footprint. Please do not walk out into the fairway to talk to, offer things, or touch patrons. We are striving to offer a 100% inclusive event, for all individuals.
