Missouri SHIP is Missouri’s State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP). We provide free, confidential, unbiased health insurance counseling to Medicare-eligible Missourians and their families, caregivers, and professionals. Trained and certified counselors help Missourians make informed choices about their Medicare options and understand their benefits. Enabling consumers to make informed decisions may improve their access to health care and better health.
